Her voice is valued because she offers more than just knowledge. With advanced qualifications in biomedical science and extensive experience in Western medicine, Fiona combines this expertise with decades of practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she has successfully supported thousands of clients. This dual expertise enables her to draw on both evidence-based science and a holistic understanding of the mind–body–emotion connection.
This breadth means Fiona doesn’t just discuss symptoms or trends — she explains root causes and offers practical, whole-person solutions. It is this ability to bridge science with humanity that resonates so deeply with audiences.
Fiona also creates a sense of safety, even in media settings where audiences are vast and unseen. Listeners and viewers feel “understood” by her, and many report making personal breakthroughs or taking long-needed steps after hearing her speak. She has a gift for reaching through the noise to connect with people at a personal level, leaving them feeling empowered, reassured and not alone.
